The Malin — the boutique coworking brand known for its beautifully designed, work-friendly spaces — is getting ready to open its very first location in Washington, D.C. Set inside the historic Marshall B. Coyne Building at 1156 15th St. NW, the space is expected to open this fall and will bring The Malin’s signature charm to the heart of downtown.
Marking The Malin’s 10th U.S. location, the new D.C. space joins a growing portfolio present in New York City; Nashville, Tenn.; and Austin, Texas. Spanning 20,400 square feet across two floors, the D.C. location will offer something for just about everyone, including 12 private offices, four thoughtfully designed meeting rooms, 20 dedicated desks and 23 phone booths.
Downstairs, members can also enjoy two cozy communal work areas, a library, three phone booths, two outdoor patios and even an event lecture hall with a screen room—perfect for offsites, talks and meetups.
