Coworking operator Industrious has partnered with Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings Management for a space at 875 Third Avenue in Midtown East, NYC, and is planning to open the new coworking office in July.

Spanning 28,000 square feet across the sixth and seventh floors of the Class A asset, the flex office will provide private offices and 226 dedicated desks. Perks such as daily breakfast, snacks, and coffee, along with community events and industry-leading tech and office amenities, will also be available to Industrious’ members.

The deal comes two months after Industrious announced a 51,600-square-foot expansion at its Tower 49 location in Midtown, bringing the space to 291,600 square feet across 18 floors.

“There’s been a lot of momentum along Third Ave. over the past couple of years, and we’ve been paying attention. We’ve experienced growing demand from companies looking for flexible, quality space in Midtown,” said Natalie Levine, director of real estate at Industrious, in a statement. “The transit is there, the dining scene is great, and there’s a real energy back in this part of the city.”

875 Third Avenue sits atop the 53rd Street subway station and is within walking distance of Grand Central Terminal. The 29-story Class A building offers a newly-upgraded lobby atrium, amenity offerings, and designed floor plates. Other tenants include Utopia Bagels and juice bar Essex Squeeze on the ground floor, as well as coffee and tea shop Cafe Hatou, the fast-casual salad spot Chopt, and more.

In March, Industrious also revealed plans for three additional Manhattan outposts. Partnering with Meadow Partners, it will occupy 43,000 square feet at 110 East 42nd Street in Midtown. A second site spanning 33,000 square feet is set for 609 Greenwich Street in the West Village through a deal with Centaur Properties. The third, a 24,500-square-foot space at 156 Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District, comes via a partnership with HRC Corporation.
