Slovakian real estate developer HB Reavis is expanding its HubHub coworking brand with a new location on Clifton Street in London.

Occupying 1.800 square metres, the new location offers a mix of open space coworking desks and private offices designed for teams of 15 to 56 people, complete with meeting rooms and kitchens.

The opening marks the brand’s second London location, following its first site at 20 Farringdon St., which has been operating since 2019 and accommodates more than 500 members across 3.200 square metres.

Having established a strong presence in European cities — such as Bratislava, Slovakia; Warsaw, Poland; Prague, Czech Republic; and Budapest, Hungary — HubHub is now sharpening its strategic focus on key markets. Notably, London is a primary area of investment for the company, driven by growing demand from startups and scale-ups. The new location is also part of the Worship Square net-zero carbon development, reflecting HB Reavis’ commitment to innovative and sustainable real estate.
