Coworking providers Serendipity Labs and Workbox have entered a partnership that allows members to access both companies’ spaces via complimentary access credits. The operators’ combined portfolio now spans 32 locations across 23 markets. The network went live on July 1, and members can reserve and access partner sites through their existing platforms.
The partnership responds to growing demand for flexible workspace, spurred by hybrid work and professionals looking for dependable options while on the road. It gives members access to more locations without sacrificing service quality.
“This alliance reflects our shared commitment to delivering greater benefits and value for our members,” said John Wallace, CEO and founder of Workbox. “By joining forces with Serendipity Labs, we’re giving our existing community the freedom to work where they need to be — without compromising on quality or consistency. The geographical diversity of our two portfolios, combined with both companies’ commitment to best-in-class member experience, makes this a natural and powerful fit.”
Simon Moore, COO of Serendipity Labs, echoed the sentiment: “Our members value mobility and high-quality service. By partnering with Workbox, we’re expanding our network to provide dynamic, productive workspaces wherever their business leads them, all while maintaining the consistent support our members rely on.”
Workbox is a Chicago-based workspace operator with 13 locations across seven U.S. cities offering private offices, dedicated desks, floating memberships and a variety of other amenities to growing businesses. Serendipity Labs, headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, provides upscale coworking spaces across the U.S. and U.K. Its clients include Accenture, ADP, American Express, Amazon, AT&T, EY, JP Morgan, Netflix, PwC, Tesla and Verizon.
