Flexible workspace operator Cubo marked a record-breaking summer with rapid growth, a wave of new enterprise partnerships and full occupancy across several of its UK sites. The company saw the highest number of enterprise sign-ups in its history as more blue-chip organisations and established businesses turned to Cubo for flexible workspace solutions. As a result, demand pushed occupancy rates to record levels across its 13 locations with five sites now fully booked.

Rising membership numbers and consistent demand helped sustain this growth. Throughout the summer, Cubo expanded its enterprise offer to accommodate larger teams and hosted a packed calendar of community events to foster collaboration among members. Then, in August, the company’s commitment to sustainability was recognised with Certified B Corporation (B Corp) status — an accreditation awarded to businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance.

“Enterprises and scale-ups are no longer looking for just a desk or an office,” said Marc Brough, CEO of Cubo. “They’re seeking dynamic environments that inspire innovation and adapt to growth.”

Cubo aims to continue its growth trajectory with new sites set to be revealed soon.

Founded in 2020, the company now operates spaces in Soho (London), Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
