Flexible workspace provider Clockwise is dedicating September to supporting early-stage businesses through Start Up September, a programme of free events running across 17 UK and European locations.

The initiative brings together entrepreneurs, founders and creatives for talks, workshops, panels and networking sessions. Covering topics from AI and marketing to finance and ESG, the programme is designed to provide practical insights and opportunities to connect with peers and industry experts.

Events are open to both Clockwise members and the wider public.

“Whether you’re just launching a new business or looking to scale, Start Up September gives entrepreneurs the chance to connect, learn and grow,” said Greg Miley, chief commercial officer at Clockwise. “Clockwise is here to not only provide flexible workspaces, but also to foster vibrant communities that meaningfully support growth and innovation.”

Upcoming highlights include:

  • Liverpool (9 September): Startup showcases, 1:1 sessions with the King’s Trust, marketing workshops and free coworking.
  • Manchester (9 September): A Creators Social and Coworking Day with expert clinics on marketing, finance and business operations.
  • Edinburgh Leith (10 September): A workshop on building lasting buyer relationships with Gerry Forristal.

Additional events will be announced in the coming weeks, including further sessions in Bristol and Glasgow. Check out the full schedule on the Clockwise blog.
