UPDATE: I made an appointment TWICE that was rescheduled because the staff saw my message the next day even though I booked the appointment with them first and messaged them within a few minutes. But they didn’t read my message, she said. Their response: “Well it’s a new system, we’re all adjusting.” So I should have to reschedule my entire day even though I made the appointment FIRST? And it was YOUR MISTAKE? Thankfully I was able to get the appointment AGAIN to an afternoon one. I understand it’s a new system and frankly I hate it as well, but please try to fix this issue because it was a VERY frustrating process for me and I had the appointment FIRST , so why am I the one having to reschedule and the other person, who was second, and it was a staff’s mistake, gets my appointment? I did not appreciate having to rearrange my entire schedule for a staff members mistake when I had my appointment FIRST.
My doctor , Dr Richard Meyer is amazing! He was actually a family members’ doctor and she suggested him to me. He is great with communication and very flexible! I was hesitant at first having a male doctor since I am a female but he has been very understanding and supportive! Highly recommend him! Haven’t had an issue with billing either or any of the staff members. Front desk is always welcoming and will explain everything (new patient forms, etc). I have also been to Nurse practitioner Traci and the ENT doctor-no issues there either.
