DO NOT RENT ANYTHING AT REGUS 1. It’s not a virtual office. It’s a P.O. Box. They require you to add a 6-digit “PMB” after your address, so the appearance and convenience of your office address is not that of a business office. 2. This is the slimiest, most unethical business I have encountered in quite some time. I talked to a “sales rep” and specifically asked about the appearance of the address. They assured me that my address would be the street address and the suite number only. Only after talking to the “City Manager” Jennifer Barrett was I told about the added pack-n-ship style private mailbox address that has to be added your company’s address. Additionally they “automatically” add mail forwarding that you never sign up for, as another cost add-on. The PMB is not mentioned in the agreement, nor is it mentioned in the terms and conditions. There is one line in the “House Rules” about how USPS handles mail that makes a mention of it. I immediately asked Jennifer to cancel my services before they started as this is not what I was told by their rep and it was not at all what I was looking for. My conversation with the sales rep was on a recorded line, so very easy for them to investigate their own deceptive practice. Jennifer said she would reach out to the sales rep to make sure she is “up to date.” After a several day wait and another email from me, Jennifer finally responded saying that she would not terminate the agreement, and that I would be responsible for an entire year of services. Services that I never even began. This is the pinnacle of unethical business practices. They are not interested in providing service to actual customers. They are interested in generating revenue whether they provide the service or not. The “automatic enrollment” to mail forwarding for an additional 50% fee is further evidence. Their attitude of, “Yes I realize we misrepresented our service, but you signed the agreement for a service that you will never use…so now you will pay for the whole year of services that you never even began” is truly a reminder of how unethical some businesses can be. In the grand scheme, $800 is a small price to pay to NOT be associated with such a slimy business. STEER CLEAR OF REGUS.

For a virtual mailbox service it's nothing special. I'm sure as other reviews state, the office space and staff are excellent but I have never met anyone and have never used the office space. My review is of the Regus help desk for billing issues. My concern is with their billing system. They missed charging my credit card on file because it had expired and I was never notified by anyone until I got some kind of final notice email that I happened to see in junk by accident. Once I explained this to them they didn't want to waive the late fee. They refused to understand that payment for services isn't an issue, but they need to actually reach out to the client to remedy the issue. In any case moving onto espaces downtown Franklin. Edit: they contacted me to refund the fee.
