Nice office spaces.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I leased a office space with them from 03/01/25 to 08/01/2025. Reception was not helpful despite asking for help. I would submit tickets through their ticketing system for help and no one would ever get back to me. Regus actually took a retainer deposit from me twice during the lease. Since my lease ended, I'm still waiting for the rest of my retainer to be refunded to me and it's been over two months since the lease ended. I've been communicating with a city manager (who has been helpful), but Regus still will not refund my retainer that is owed to me according to emails I have received and the city manager. I would never lease with them again and I would not recommend anyone to lease with them ever unless you want to be treated like a number or just a source of revenue.

If you're looking for flex office space with a staff that is amazing but with a company that is pathetically crippled by corporate policy and bureaucracy, this is the place for you. It is difficult to navigate that place with locked doors and special signs. You have to leave the building right at 5pm and will be escorted out at that time. And when you try to leave, you have to go through a few steps to get out of your contract and they require a long period of notice to actually leave. And if you want coffee, bring your own or be prepared to pay for a cup of coffee while you work. But the staff is nice.
