I needed a space to work while my company’s office was under construction & found this place. I can’t rave about it enough. First, the Location Manager, Christine is so friendly, helpful, & accommodating. The building is immaculate, the fridge & snack drawers are always fully stocked. Everything is always clean. I could go on & on. And the best part - the prices are very fair. Was worth every penny. Hope I have a reason to come back some day LOL.

I stopped by e|spaces Cool Springs to check out their workspace options while I was in Franklin for some appointments. My wife works in the building and told me to ask for Christine Castner. I'm glad I did. Christine walked me through the whole space herself and answered every question I had, including the ones about day passes versus memberships that I'm sure she has answered a hundred times. She never made me feel like a waste of her time even though I was not ready to sign anything that day. The place itself was spotless, the cafe was fully stocked, and the private offices and meeting rooms were laid out well. I have used shared workspaces before in Florida and this one is run tighter than most. What stood out was how easy Christine made the decision. She broke down the membership options clearly, explained what fit someone like me who would only be in occasionally, and never pushed. That kind of straightforward, no pressure approach is rare and it is why I will be back when I need a spot to work in the area. Christine is obviously a big part of why this location works as well as it does. I recommend stopping in and asking for her.

I'm a new member and glad to have a place to work outside of the house. Christine, the manager, is so nice and a all around gem! Everyone officing here is very friendly, it's a beautiful space, and they have the good coffee. Def recommend.
