Avoid this realtor like the plague (Exact building attempting to steal from us is 35 Journal square). The woman called Sarah who is the manager doesn't seem interested in helping us get our deposit back after 2 months since leaving the space. I asked her is this standard procedure and she said she had emailed the owner of the building but she hasn't replied yet and then proceeded to tell me she's satisfied she's done enough as she sent an email but hasn't heard back. I told her that isn't good enough and she put the phone down before saying I don't need to listen to this. Crazy this woman is in charge and it speaks volumes of who Salman are by having her as a manager. Lawyered up now so lets see how fast they get back to us. Deal with them carefully.

Salaman Capital is a great management company, they are responsive, attentive, and always trying to make tenants feel as comfortable as possible in their buildings! I highly recommend them!

Extremely slimy people. Avoid at all costs. Some of the people who work there are fine but the people running it are awful people, Litan especially, who I couldn't get on the phone when it was time to give us our 5-figure security deposit back. Justification was ridiculous, charging us for ketchup packets in the kitchen and carpet stains from their many ceiling leaks we could prove were there before we rented the space. They treat their building and tenants like the slumlords that they are. There's a reason it has been two years since their last review that was better than one star. Some shady, slippery people at the top of the company. Lied every chance they had. Much love to the receptionist and maintenance crew, though - at least I had a respectful relationship with someone from Salman.

Can’t say enough bad things about Salman, including their property manager Sarah. Rude, inconsiderate, lack of communication and professionalism. Cheap and don’t want to fix things or compensate for not fixing things on time and by time I mean weeks to months. They do not respect your time and rights as tenants. Will harass you to pay rent but not fix anything on a timely manner. Imagine being really nice and understanding in the beginning and then constantly screwed over and met with rudeness, lack of information and respect. Update: Recieved a call from the office accusing me of defamation, bullying and harassment based on my Google Review. Proving the point of my review of the unprofessionalism of this establishment.
