Don't live here. The WiFi is extremely unreliable. About once a month, it goes out without any notice, sometimes lasting for several days, and no clear timeline is ever provided for when it will be fixed. There is ongoing high-rise construction right outside, causing constant noise and dust. PATH service is unreliable outside rush hours, with 20 to 30 minute gaps and frequent breakdowns, making the area feel isolated. There is absolutely no parking. None at all. I have to park in Newport because there is nothing available anywhere nearby.
