Great place to live.The building is clean, modern, and in a very convenient location. The staff is helpful and responsive. Highly recommend
The leasing team charges one month rent as transfer fee if you want to transfer to a different unit as a current resident due to the uninhabitable conditions of the current unit. All the units here have very poor soundproof. The CMPND management team is just awkward in nature.

The walls between apartments are as thin as paper and not soundproof at all. Your quality of life directly depends on whether your neighbor is noisy or not. I'm pretty sure this is the worst soundproofed apartment I've ever experienced - you can clearly hear what your neighbors are doing, like watching TV, having phone calls, and having sex. I don't recommend it at all. You should save your money and try another apartment instead, rather than praying you will have a good neighbor.
I toured this apartment yesterday, and Cameron from the leasing office was super helpful. He replied quickly, gave me clear instructions, and even sent me the exact room tour video I needed. Made the whole process easy!
