I love it here, everyone is very respectful and the building has amazing amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Not the "luxury" experience you are promised I am incredibly frustrated with the management of this building. This place markets itself as a "luxury" apartment complex, but the reality is a complete letdown. The bowling alley, which is one of the primary amenities touted during tours, has been completely out of commission for over two months now. Two months! In a premium-priced building, this level of neglect is absolutely unacceptable. We are paying top-dollar rent for amenities that are essentially non-existent. It speaks volumes about the management's priorities—they are quick to collect rent but clearly have zero urgency when it comes to maintaining the facilities we are actually paying for. It feels like deceptive advertising at this point. If you are considering moving here, do not be fooled by the glossy photos and the list of amenities. The "luxury" label is nothing more than a marketing facade. Management needs to stop ignoring basic maintenance and start delivering the standard of living they promised.

I’ve been cigarette smoke entering my room since I moved in in September 2025. I’ve reported this to the building management multiple times. They said they try to investigate but I don’t see any improvement after seven months. I was told the cigarette smell needs to be witnessed by at least one staff, but it’s very hard to catch the smoker in action because the tenants can just choose not to answer the door or say they are out of the state. Please do know that the lease says this is a cigarette/ smoke free apartment and smoking is lease violation. I do want to note the staff are all friendly young people who are willing to help, but there is just so little they can do. They are really good at picking up the phone and then go help knock on the neighbor’s door. I’m generally pretty tolerable. I’ve had minor issues like the other post has said like the noise and packages were wrongly delivered to other people, but I think those are understandable. However, the cigarette smell I can’t live with it. It’s disrupting my sleep as I can’t sleep through the night without waking up two three times, and occasionally two three nights in a row. My voice becomes hoarse in the morning.

The consistent noise of downstairs bagel shop construction is really unbearable! I can’t work or study, making me mentally damaged! The noice can last for hours. Lots of tenants are affected for weeks, nothing they can do about it.

This building definitely knows how to keep residents on their toes. You never quite know when the elevator will stop working again, when the power will go out, or when the next round of construction noise will make sleeping impossible. The front desk also stands out in its own way, especially if you appreciate being treated with unnecessary attitude when bringing up basic concerns. The ventilation system is surprisingly effective at delivering other people’s cooking smells and apartment odors directly into your unit, which is a feature I could have lived without. The AC is similarly memorable: even on full blast in the summer, it does very little, except perhaps help prepare you for the shock of the electric bill. From the outside, the building may seem appealing. Living here, however, has been a very different experience. Come and join us!
