Alicia has such a wonderful personality and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She truly went above and beyond to assist me. The shredder bin was full and not scheduled for pickup for a couple of weeks, but Alicia quickly stepped in with a solution. She kindly allowed me to drop off my papers and personally kept them secure until the bin was available again. This was well beyond the call of duty, and I genuinely appreciate her help and professionalism. Thank you, Alicia!

However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with AmeriCenters.
