Amazing and clean work area/private rooms! I was greeted with a big welcome from Taylor at the front desk. She is amazing and very hospitable! I will certainly conduct my meetings at this location again!

The office space location was excellent and I loved my space for therapy but the communication with office management was TERRIBLE. Since I moved out January 31 and was suppose to receive my deposit back of $600 the office manager will NOT answer the phone or call back after numerous emails and messages. I filled out the proper retainer paperwork for the refund and have not received anything and not to mention the billing from the start was terrible. I will be contacting the better business bureau to inform them about the shadiness of this company stealing people money.

Edit: I’m still being charged by them with no response still for months. Their response to my review here is a total sham. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had a virtual mail account with them and after months of being charged for mail forwarding services, my mail was NEVER forwarded. They denied refunding me for the services never received, and they also are still billing me for the services after I fully cancelled my account with them because of their lack of communication and failure to deliver on the services I paid for.

BEWARE!!! Regus deleted my original post, and I didn't even mention everything, but I will this time! My name is Carrie Bradley, so you will know who I am (REGUS). I met with Sara, who showed me a much bigger room than the one I received on day one. The site Mgr. gave me my key on the 31st since the 1st was a Sat. The site manager showed me the room, and I said it was much smaller than I had been shown, but I let it slide because I was happy to have my own! My suite was full of crumbs, and the carpet was dirty from coffee stains from the last suite owner. I asked if it would be cleaned, and the site manager said yes. I don't think the crumbs were removed until late that day or the next day after I moved things in again; I let it slide because it was vacuumed. All SLIDES had been used up!!! I realized my eyes were very itching and watery; I asked the site mgr. again about the carpet, and she said it had to be approved and she did not know when that would be approved. I thought, wow, because she told me moving out is a cleaning fee. I also thought, hmm.. you told me I would be charged when I leave to clean my suite, and you all know I was coming on the 1st or 31st since they are closed on Saturday. I was asked to write my 1st review on how things went and told them all of these things and I was asked to write another review because this did not reflect the office but Regus as a whole. I told her no. because Regus should know what was going on. Now, let's get to the room. The free internet does not work. I had to buy my own internet to try to get service. It also does not like this office, and it has really bad reception. How am I supposed to work without a phone on top of calls dropping, and barely can I see with burning eyes and my nose running? (SMH) It took Regus until 6/12 to approve my carpet cleaning, and they will not be coming out until 6/19. On the 19th, I asked the assistant mgr to remove a chair and told him that carpet cleaning had a bad smell in the lobby; before the carpet cleaners arrived at my office, he said he could not smell anything. I told him since COVID, I can smell everything times 1000, and I hate it! I should've just said nope... you can't do my suite! But I let them clean it, and now I have wet socks and overly perfumed to cover up the wet sock smell. Because of all of this, in just 19 days, I asked to end my contract. I was in tears and highly overwhelmed by not getting my work done and all the things that had happened so far. The assistant mgr emailed Regus and asked to end my contact, but he asked me if I was in a monthly contact... I said what? I was never offered a monthly contract! Regus replied to end my contact: "NO, because we are on a business contract. I was offered to move to another location or put my office back on the market; however, I am displaced from my office. I did not reply in enough time, and once I did, Regus had closed the case! I wrote my first review, and Regus deleted it today after I updated my name because they could not find my account. I just wanted to remind everyone to BEWARE before you sign with REGUS. Signed.. No more slides... Stuck for a Year, runny nose, red eyes... Carrie Bradley

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Regus.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • At Regus - Town Center, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
