Made this Appt over a month and half ago. My appt was at 3:30. I arrived 3:10pm . Gentlemen at the front desk was nice but that’s about it. I explained to them I had another Dr appt at 4:15 right up the street will that be enough time they said yes. I waited til 3:50 before I told the gentleman I have to leave in 20 min to make it to my next appt. I waited til 4:10 and still none of the nurse assistant came to get me after the gentleman called the back office and told them I’d have to leave. Finally I got up and left waiting 55 MIN no one came to help til i told them I have to leave. Definitely not going back to see Dr Shoemaker they always except us to show up early but never get us in on time

Been here multiple times. It’s incredibly hard to get an appointment, often six months out or not available at all. At my last visit (after finally waiting that long), I was told I could only address one issue at a time. I did not receive any solution, treatment, or diagnosis for the issue I chose to address, yet I was billed for level 4 care along with an additional complexity code. Very disappointing. Another frustration: this is a system-wide HF policy, not just this location. Each time I check in for a visit, I am asked to sign “consent” on a screen without seeing what I am agreeing to. If I ask, staff will show the text, which includes, for example, consent to recordings, photos, and use of data for training. There is no option to opt out.

Horrible experience with Dr Gina Gora. Will just cancel your anxiety and depression medication without any calls. My very first visit she was talking about my personal chart and information with a family member which is against hippa laws and then started googling different medication to "try" because she knew nothing about the medications I was already on. You can't just stop taking these types of medications and this doctor doesn't care if something happens to you or not apparently. Finding a new doctor asap that wont sit on the computer in front of me and "Google" my symptoms.
