Our psychiatry practice has been a member at the Practice Collective for close to one year now and we love this place. It has this calming vibe that really resonates with everybody who comes here to meet us and I can’t say enough nice things about the owner Samantha who is always accessible to help us in anything we need. She is amazing. If you are a therapist or NP / PA-C in Michigan looking to start your private practice and need a place to meet clients, I would highly recommend becoming a part of this community.

I highly recommend The Practice Collective for local clinicians looking to build community and meaningful professional connections. Sam's networking and community events are welcoming, thoughtfully organized, and incredibly valuable for collaboration, support, and reducing the isolation that can come with private practice. Big recommend for any clinicians looking for a home for their practice :]

I reserved a private office for a single day, and even though I am not the typical client, Sam was so accommodating and made the space available without hesitation. The office was beautiful - well appointed, comfortable, and the perfect set up for my use. There are tons of amenities in the shared space and everyone was incredibly friendly. The space is easily accessible, ample parking, everything you could want. I highly recommend using The Practice Collective, and even if you aren't the typical client described on their site, reach out to Sam if you have a need to see if they can accommodate before ruling them out! Locally AND women owned and operated.

As someone who works in the mental health and healing space, I’ve truly appreciated what this space offers. While I don’t have an office here, I’ve attended several networking events and each time I’ve felt welcomed and inspired. The environment is warm, intentional, and clearly designed with mental health professionals in mind. It strikes a great balance between being professional and relaxed which is perfect for connecting, collaborating & supporting clients! The owner, Sam, has done an incredible job creating a space that feels both grounded and uplifting. You can really feel the care and vision behind it, which makes it all the more special. Already looking forward to the next event!

The Practice Collective is a one-of-a-kind experience for anyone considered their private practice journey or seeking community space. Sam takes the utmost care in making this space welcoming, warm and I always leave with my cup feeling filled. I have enjoyed a wide variety of events in this space, and the community here is unparalleled! Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Practice Collective, who is more than happy to help out.

  • If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at The Practice Collective - 29532 Southfield Road provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Practice Collective.
