I’ve been a tenant at the Forbes location for nearly three years, and sadly, the quality has declined to an unacceptable level. The space has become increasingly unprofessional, unclean, and even unsanitary. There have been HVAC issues that damaged my professional hair products, and when reported, I was told nothing could be done no accountability, no compensation. Communication with the owner and management is extremely poor. Issues are either ignored or met with dismissive responses, and despite repeated concerns from multiple tenants, there’s never any follow-up or resolution. Even when the conditions clearly affect our businesses and clients, they refuse to offer any rent adjustments or financial consideration. The front desk is constantly changing, creating confusion for client, and to make matters worse, there’s a serious pest issue gnats and roaches coming from the kitchen and even making their way into suites. This is a health concern, plain and simple. Compared to their Parliament location which is clean, well-managed, and professional Forbes feels neglected and mismanaged. It’s frustrating and disappointing, and unless there are serious changes, I would not recommend this location to any professional looking for a clean and reliable space.

I recently moved to Oasis office suites and i’m beyond satisfied! Kim has been super helpful since day 1 and my clients have mentioned to me how kind she is and actually greets them 🤗. I’m obsessed with the view from my suite and the overall atmosphere and look of the office spaces.

Oasis is a beautiful place to rent a suite! I've been renting for about 7 months now and I have no complaints. Kim the office manager is amazing. Any concerns I have she is always available to help and she goes above and beyond. She keeps the space well maintained. Thank you for all your help Kim.
