I was a customer with two private mailboxes at this location and another for over two years. A package containing high value equipment was stolen directly from the front desk after I explicitly emailed instructions to hide it for my after hours pickup — instructions that were blatantly ignored. When I called to ask basic questions about what happened, the front desk manager Kiana was combative, dismissive, and told me she didn’t have the ‘bandwidth’ to discuss a crime that occurred on her own property. She never called the police. Never filed a corporate report. Never followed any kind of protocol — despite this being a federally regulated mail facility where mail theft is a federal crime. Despite being required to report suspicious mail crime as a holder of a CMRA license - one that any U.S Postal Inspector can follow up on and after a report. What made it worse was that she kept accusing me of trying to hold her responsible — which was never my intention. I was simply trying to get the facts for my employer and the police report. The fact that she jumped straight to defensiveness and started arguing with the actual victim instead of trying to help raised serious red flags for me. Especially when she attempted to “punish” me by saying she would no longer provide the service of holding my packages out anymore, to which I replied, it was not going to be necessary since I had already canceled the subscription. Frankly, the level of combativeness and the complete lack of concern that the integrity of this location may have compromised by a mail thief made me suspicious. A manager who isn’t bothered at all that criminals are stealing from her tenants — and gets defensive when asked basic questions — makes you wonder how something like this was even able to happen so smoothly. Why wouldn’t you call the police when you have evidence of a crime being committed? Is it a lack of integrity or a lack of professionalism or both? I closed both accounts immediately. If you’re trusting this location with your mail, think carefully. Something is off here.

Aliyah was very helpful with booking a conference room for me. She took care of it quickly and was very accommodating to my request. The conference room was clean, quiet, and very convenient for my needs.
