I signed up for a mail service and had all my mail forwarded. They have lost it all. They say they don’t have anything despite me using their address for a month. These are legal documents and checks that are now lost. Nobody will respond to my multiple requests for help.

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE. Very unprofessional. I had an important business meeting and was flying into town FOR THIS MEETING and was planning to use a conference room. We had made the reservation and actually spoke to someone directly on Monday. They cancelled the day before and then HUNG UP on my business partner when we told him that we had made these plans. The person didn’t care and frankly was abusive. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Waltham Works is a welcomed addition to Moody St. For years there was a void in the co-working space in Waltham. Waltham Works has filled that void. They care about their members and provide a professional environment to get work done.
