Regus is a corrupt business. They auto renewed my lease 7/3. I cancelled 7/9 when I realized they did and now they are trying to say I need to pay until September 2024 (next year?!) What corrupt nonsense is this. Look them up online tons of complaints for similar unethical proceedings. The "manager" (secretary) of the location is unhelpful. I've gotten eye rolls for not calling in advance and asking for my mail before showing up during 9-5 business hours because "what if the two secretary's aren't there" - if there's two people why isn't on there all the time? Have found two of them sitting and eating in a Back room by themselves instead of tending to customers many times. Also have seen management act as though paying customers using the facilities put them out - it's their job! Save yourself some money, get a PO Box and rent a space as needed
