Absolutely outstanding. Convenient location, high quality interior setting, sophisticated and professional. If your looking for a remote office location this Newton office lab is a must see, especially if you require a conference room and quiet workspace. Highly recommend it!!!

DO NOT HIRE ****REGUS ****READ THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS FIRST I hired Regus management just for a virtual office for my LLC business. I gave a CC and they took out $146 and $56. Then my personal bank account got charged $217 $106 on 1-19-24 then on 1-30-24 charged $217 and $70 now pending charges are $217 and $49. I’ve only been there two weeks they took out over $1000 out. This is insane you cannot cancel and you cannot get a hold of a person I go into my settings and they let me cancel the mailing feature. You cannot cancel the other contracts. I’m only supposed to pay $99 a month. Do not hire Regis. It is the biggest scam buyer beware. Do not do not do not hire. Do not hire Regus. Do not hire Regus. 612 complaints in 3 yrs 214 complaints in 12 months. They are crooks. I am not going to relax on this. I am taking this all the way if it cost me $10,000 in lawyer fees. I am not letting them steal money from me. ****I’m just a small business they overdrafted my account twice in two days. I don’t know how they got my personal banking account numbers I never gave them.*****

The staff: both Christine and Emily have gone above and beyond to help me. During all of the difficulties from the Covid protocol and the remodel. They have been able to help me and my clients navigate. Professional, and ability to communicate - make the working environment pleasant.
