EDIT(most most recent): Bumping these guys up to 5 stars which I never expected to do, based on past experience with this place. The current staff seriously kick butt. We've had some decent people at the front desk over the few years I've been using this place, but Carven and Kendall are the new goats. They're friendly, proactive, and professional. When things break they actually create creative solutions for us, regardless of whether corporate Spaces moves quickly to actually fix the problem (which they don't). They've set a new bar for how this place can be run so while the people who run this business aren't great, this location goes from 4 to 5 stars literally because of these two people doing a fantastic job! EDIT (most recent): Bumping it up from 0 stars to 4 stars. After a few months the fridge and coffee maker are back up and running so it's a fully functional coworking Space once more! It's a solid space with mostly good vibes and reasonable pricing, so despite past complaints honestly would recommend! EDIT: Zero stars. The coffee make and dish washer are both broken as well now. The fridge still has not been replaced. Unfortunately I can't give less stars... Original Review: 1 star. Honestly we've really liked the place and it's a great value, so I'll go in and change my review in a heartbeat, if certain ongoing issues are resolved; The fridge broke literally a couple months ago. After a couple weeks of perpetual water leaking out, they figured out how to turn the water off. About a month later a new fridge arrived. About ANOTHER month later the old fridge was taken out. Buuuut the new fridge wasn't installed so it's just sitting here not plugged in for several weeks now. I think the staff who work here (including the girl who did work here but left recently) are great, but it seems like the upper management really don't care and maybe aren't responding? Not sure how else it takes multiple MONTHS to change out a broken fridge. Again, fridge situation gets fixed and I'd change it to at least 3 stars, but until that's finally resolved this place kind of sucks

Very unprofessional. Poor communication. I signed up with this company in August, and the representative who helped us entered the wrong email address on the agreement. I called two weeks ago to correct it and spoke with a new representative who had no idea how to help. I later spoke with Sabrina about our bill, and she admitted that invoices had been sent to the wrong email address, one that the company themselves created in error. Now, instead of taking responsibility, they are trying to charge us a $65 fee that resulted from their own mistake. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
