I was a bit optimistic when getting my office here because of the reviews, but having been here for now three months I absolutely love it! The location is perfect and convenient, Liz and Rashawnda the front desk staff are always so willing to help out and the extra amenities such as the gym , the summer garden where I get fresh produce on Thursdays free off charge and underground parking makes this the perfect location to have my office. Run don’t walk to lease an office here.

I've had an office lease here for the last 12 months, and am leaving. The front desk staff is friendly, but seem to only be available ~70% of business hours. Their friendliness and the quiet clean space are the redeeming qualities. Unfortunately, front desk staff are not empowered to fix or prioritize urgent facility problems or member contract renewal questions. Regus has a HOPELESS disconnect between tenant service and their sales teams (as well as facilities maintenance). I expressed interest in renewing a month before my renewal deadline (but was just not willing to pay the default 77% price hike). The front desk staff seemed interested in helping me find a solution (e.g., lower price or different office), and I emailed them and the Area Manager ... but after 5+ emails and conversations without any response, I gave up and terminated my lease so I wouldn't fall victim to Regus's notorious contract nightmares (extensively addressed in Reddit), and wasn't contacted by member retention until a week later ... and by time she offered something decent that I would have accepted, that offer evaporated because the sales team evidently "sold" my office from under me to some new tenant. BTW, my door wouldn't lock for >3 months this summer; somehow maintenance has a a backlog of more urgent items than office security (which was a 10 minute door jamb repair that I could have done myself if permitted). They only fixed the lock after "selling" my office to a new tenant, without ever having a conversation about options for retaining me.

UPDATE - management replied below and promised to fixed the issues two weeks ago. Of course, nothing has been done. The review stands. Avoid this place. Major major issues here. The kitchen (almost) never has utensils (how are you supposed to eat lunch?), often runs out of mugs and cups, and other basic necessities. The HVAC is whacky - offices consistently are too hot or too cold. The internet is absolutely dreadful. At times it slows to a crawl. File upload and video calls are nearly impossible. Not acceptable for a 21st century workplace. Somehow this space is sold as high end, but the they cannot get the basics right. Management promises to fix the issues and then never does. They seem to just tell you want they want to hear to get a lease signed. To pre-empt the inevitable response from management on here: yes, I have raised these issues. No, I am not interested in hearing your excuses. Fix the problems. It is not complicated. We pay our rent every single month, we deserve to have the bare minimum.
