The Square at the Bowen Building will deliver a solution for today’s hybrid workforce needs, that combines hospitality-driven property management and high-quality furnished offices and suites in a modern space. The Square offers flexible memberships by the hour, day, month, or year and a variety of floorplans and offerings, designed to accommodate company sizes ranging from start-ups to larger enterprises.

The Square is located on the corner of 15^th and I Street NW, nestled in D.C’s downtown district, just steps away from The White House. Work a few minutes away from the area’s best retail, dining and nightlife options. In addition to the prime location, The Bowen Building offers a newly renovated lobby and lounge and event space.

We offer a light breakfast and snack each weekday. We also offer a reception with drinks on Thursday afternoons.

**Important**: Our building has a high level of security. We do not allow same day bookings due to our security restrictions. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Please bring a photo ID with you to provide to the reception desk upon arrival. All visitors must be registered prior to arrival. Our building has a high level of security, and you cannot come and go as you please without a full membership. Our team is quick to respond to any requests for guests to re-enter the space during business hours. Once you arrive into the main lobby, you will check in with the reception desk and provide a photo ID. Nice space with nice offices, moderate services, and very high prices. Not near many places for lunch. Building does not take security seriously when Jaime Dimon isn’t in the building. Hines just operates the space but JP Morgan makes aggressive financial decisions. The turnover of offices is very high, so don’t expect to stay long.

My company has been utilizing The SQ for about a year now, and it's been absolutely amazing to work in. The location is perfect — right next to a metro station and walking distance from DC classics like the White House. Entering the building is super secure, and once you enter the space, it's welcoming and bright. The building itself has incredible amenities: a rooftop that looks over DC with chairs to work outside, a putt-putt green, and a gym. There are also so many different workspaces to choose from in the SQ, including individual offices, call booths, a kitchen space and small and large conference rooms equipped with TVs and whiteboards. The highlight for me is the staff, Rebekah and Melissa. They are the BEST and help make coming to work much more enjoyable. They are always there to help with whatever needs we might have, they make sure there's always fresh coffee, provide daily breakfast and snacks, host a weekly happy hour, and plan things for the office like massages, facials, Pilates classes, and March Madness brackets. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend The SQ for any company or individual looking for a place to work.

The staff at The Square, Rebekah and Melissa, are amazing. They help run the space so that it runs effectively and efficiently. If you are looking for an office or work from home location, I'd definitely recommend looking into The Square!
