A number of tenants had their locked offices burglarized on our floor. Come to find out that Regus allowed a former tenant to have a master key. That tenant was later evicted, yet still accessed the floor months after he was evicted. The police then found him with the master key in his possession. Regus did nothing to compensate the tenants who were burglarized or even show any sympathy. To the contrary, several of us have had our rent raised. Regus never even bothered to change the locks after this occurred. I should also note that our beverage vending machine caught fire a few years ago and has yet to be replaced. We had two snack vending machines, but one was taken away due to theft and the other is empty with nothing to purchase. The dishwasher also regular broke this past year as did our water filter.

SCAM. Even if you want to cancel anytime after the initial one-year contract that you have signed with them, they still lock you in for another full year. For instance, if you decide to cancel four months after your initial one-year term, you would still be required to pay for the remaining nine months. They automatically renew your contract without clearly informing you, hiding these terms in a separate tiny link in the agreement. Never told you from the very beginning at all. This deceptive practice is a scam, and I strongly advise against engaging with them.

Did a single day rental here. $75 for the space, $7 for all you can drink tea/ coffee for half the day. Staff person was helpful, office space was clean and quiet, view was nice, temperature was fine, wifi speed was fine. Like mentioned in another comment, the phone number in the email is useless, but the email provided goes direct to the staff person on the floor and they were responsive within 20 minutes. Suggestion: An orientation message or packet discussing how to get upstairs with no key card, office floor plan, resources, etc. Would be helpful as an addition to the confirmation email. A useful local phone number to call would also be a great! It's possible I missed that but it wasn't clear if so. Odd issue: Regus maybe talk to your property manager about the building's Google map settings. when I searched for 1901 ave of the stars it gave me a building on Wilshire and had me driving across town before I noticed. Small thing, but a hassle. Most of my office rental day trip guest experiences have been less good than this one. Cheers.

We rented an office space for a short film shoot. We received a confirmation email and then we also called to double check the confirmation with Ray and Gustavo. On the day of the shoot no one from Regus showed up to let us into the space as we were told they would. We called and emailed them and no one responded and we could not use the space. They wasted our time and money as well as the time of the cast and crew. Worst customer experience ever.

Great location, environment and very professional staff. Manager Anthony Canada is incredibly professional, personable, and highly dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
