Really disappointed with this location, starting to feel unsafe here. I've been a tenant since 2019 across this coworking brand, and while I've always felt welcomed at the Marina del Rey location, this particular location has become a genuinely disappointing place to work. The service has declined steadily over the years, but what's pushed me to write this review is the office manager's behavior recently. I've paid for private meeting rooms only to have other tenants walk in and interrupt while I was mid-meeting. I've also been told I can't even wait in the common area before my booked meeting room time starts. But the bigger issue is the policy banning tenants from working or opening a laptop anywhere in the common or break room space — that area is only meant for eating and drinking, apparently, and no laptop. When I tried to find somewhere else to get work done, I ended up sitting on the staircase with my laptop just to finish something before leaving the building, because there was nowhere else left. What's made this worse is that the office manager has been closely tracking where tenants are and what they're doing throughout the space, to the point that it feels less like normal building oversight and more like being watched. Being pushed out of the common areas and then having my whereabouts monitored so closely has left me feeling genuinely unwelcome, and honestly, unsafe, at a location I'm paying to use.

I am giving two stars because they were great while I was renting there. Now, because of the Pandemic, I had to relocate AND THEY WILL NOT FORWARD MY MAIL. After filling out 2 change of address forms for my business, I am still having issues with the U.S. Post Office not forwarding my mail. Barrister Executive Suites RETURNS ALL MY MAIL TO SENDER. It is so frustrating having to deal with Barrister Executive Suites. They were RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS. I offered to send them a large envelope so they can send me my mail (business checks and important correspondence) and they said they could not do that. Find another outfit that understands small businesses.
