Terrible service. Regus has been a huge disappointment. Their customer support almost never responds, and when they do, they are not helpful at all. There are many unclear and hidden fees that are never mentioned upfront. You only find out about them later when you receive unexpected invoices. Requests and questions are constantly ignored, sometimes for weeks. There is no transparency, no accountability, and absolutely no customer care. I do not recommend Regus to anyone looking for honest pricing and reliable support.

I love this building and the team. Bryan is the best and super helpful. From the point I moved in from still being a current tenant my experience has been amazing at this center. Looked at other locations but you can’t beat this area and the customer service. If you’re looking for an office space I recommend coming here 👍.
