Cheryl at Regus Century Plaza Towers was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. She made the process simple and took the time to answer my questions. The office space is clean, well maintained, and in a great location. I highly recommend Cheryl and this Regus location to anyone looking for a professional office space in Los Angeles.

Terrible service. Regus has been a huge disappointment. Their customer support almost never responds, and when they do, they are not helpful at all. There are many unclear and hidden fees that are never mentioned upfront. You only find out about them later when you receive unexpected invoices. Requests and questions are constantly ignored, sometimes for weeks. There is no transparency, no accountability, and absolutely no customer care. I do not recommend Regus to anyone looking for honest pricing and reliable support.
