TLDR: facilities are good, parking is very expensive, reception team not clear on what additional charges they were applying to my invoice On the day I was there the premium coffee machine payment was broken, so if I had purchased unlimited tea and coffee package, I wouldn't have been able to use it. The package for half a day was over £6 but each coffee is around £1 to £1.50. There was no mention of parking costs on the website for the location, just that there was parking. The initial cost for a co-working hot desk for 4 hours was £12.50. The staff at reception said it’s cheaper to pay through Regus rather than using the details on the parking meter. My invoice initially went up to £16 something, then it increased to £20.04. The man at reception had said that the parking would likely be £4-£6 through Regus but didn’t know for sure. On seeing the invoice change to £16 something with an ambiguously titled item on the invoice, I queried the change and the man at reception confirmed it was the parking charge. When the charge changed to £20.04 no-one had contacted me about this change. When I got to the site there were signs about how to pay for parking but the language used was ambiguous mentioning "visitors" have to pay. Given I had booked an office space, am I a visitor? Other companies booking office space may invite visitors for business meetings. The parking itself is very expensive: £6.20 for 4 hours through YourParkingSpace app + 93p service charge. I was shocked to find out even the staff at Regus had to pay for parking. Lots of the businesses who rent office space/meeting rooms are likely able to expense the parking charges, but the people working at Regus likely can't. I hope my assumption is wrong. DBS Castle Donnington and The Createry both offer free parking. DBS Castle Donnington was £24 for a full day's coworking, and The Createry is £5 per half day. I would avoid this Regus due to the hidden costs, and the poor communication about changes to invoice charges

Small-ish regional airport close to the M1 with good transport links by car and bus. Parking is expensive. Inside it's old but gradually being upgraded, it struggles with times of peak demand though. There's a lot worse in the UK, it's just it could be a lot better with some investment and planning footflow better.

For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.
On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.
