Assaulted at work after numerous threats of violence & very forunate the needled device thrown at close range didn't blind me! The police were great on foot however those above deemed the assault perfectly acceptable & gave the aggressor 'words of advice', closing my case as quickly as possible. Next time i'm assaulted i won't call 999 & do what i believe is right. I've been given a clear message by Cambridgeshire police to 'deal with it yourself, we are not interested', this is loud & clear. In future i'll defend myself without hesitation, cheers.

Had to cross over the road near dragoon in brampton as could not get wheelchair past cars parked on pavement. At the same time a police car was passing. Flagged the police car to perhaps do something about it instead met with a cocky ignorant officer who simply made a sarcastic comment and drove off. Well done Cambridgeshire police!

Completely useless and not fit for purpose. Logged a case relating to a financial matter. Received a number for the enquiry with no further follow up or communication. Takes funding from the taxpayer yet does not have the common decency to respond to the taxpayer that funds their salary.

I want to thank Jess who helped me with my Severe suicidal mental distress, she arranged an ambulance to be sent to me, and help me because the mental health service do not help. It's now taken to call police, to help, just for the mental health team to send me back home, and say well you have an appointment in two weeks time. Thank you Jess for what you did
