When the guest gets to One Canada Square building they must check in at the reception on the ground floor. They will have to say they are going to The office group floor which is the 8th. There are certain floors the lifts go to so the attendees will just to have to go the correct lift.

I have fora roam so have the ability to go and work at various fora offices besides my own which is handy if I have meetings in other areas of the city and can pop into a fora to catch up on some work. However, Canary Wharf is the most bureaucratic office to get into. I know you have to book a space in this office but when I called at 8am Monday to see if i could visit for part of the day, it turns out you need to give them 24 hours notice before you can even set foot into the office which is ridiculous as when I tried to call on Sunday, the office is closed... surely they can see how many people have booked already and if there's space on the day then they should just be able to let people in... Other things - They are also not dog friendly. The shower facilities are also a bit dilapidated. Overall it is a big shame because its a good location, but they should recognise that people need flexibility.

I have been trying to sign up and arrange a viewing for the past four days, sending multiple emails but unfortunately receiving no response. I had to call head office today to follow up. If you are planning to register and book a viewing, I would recommend allowing at least 3–7 days to arrange the appointment.

When I was looking for a workspace in Canary Wharf, Fora-One Canada Square immediately stood out. I was seeking a warm, wellness-evoking, cozy yet professional environment; and that's exactly what they provide. Everything is very well maintained, with lovely work and rest areas, kitchens, an abundance of plant life, great views, and modern, comfortable, and well-equipped meeting rooms. The attentive membership team making the joining process easy and smooth was also a plus. What truly makes it special for me is the incredible Fora-One Canada Square team. Under the skilled leadership of General Manager Viola, the entire team- Marina, Joana, Josie, Chloe, Diane, and Shanai, create a welcoming community atmosphere. They are all calm, caring, proactive, and solution-focused. They always take the time to listen and address issues effectively. As someone in the wellness industry, it was very important for me to feel supported and part of a community; and they excel at that. Several other businesses that recently joined share the same positive experience, including some from different offices in the area. I really enjoy working here, and Viola and her team are key to creating this positive environment. Thank you Fora-One Canada Square team!
