LABS House has a large variety of workspace and private offices, from communal areas for coworking to whole floors for larger Enterprise clients, and everything in between. Along with flexible office options, the building also boasts a ground floor café, a gym and a seventh floor event space with double-height windows and views across the city.

Perfectly positioned for businesses from all sectors; LABS House borders the historic City of London, residing between the Financial District and the vibrant West End.

LABS House is one of five buildings part of the LABS Holborn Campus. As a member you will also have access to the open spaces, gym, meeting rooms and event venues of 90 High Holborn.

Upon arrival clients should visit reception just before their booking room start time to sign in and collect the access card for the room which they can use for the duration of their booking. They will then need to hand this key back into reception upon vacating the room. Please note that any unreturned or lost cards are charged at £20+VAT.

Title: **Disappointing Experience at Labs – Overpriced and Unwelcoming** I had a very disappointing experience at Labs. From the moment I arrived, the service was unwelcoming, and it felt like they were more focused on making money than providing a good workspace. I was told that in order to stay, I had to make a purchase, which I understood and was fine with. However, when I went to buy a simple bottle of water, I was shocked to see that they were charging airport-level prices. It felt like they were taking advantage of customers who had no other option but to buy something. A coworking space should be about convenience and a productive environment, not about overcharging for basic necessities. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it, and I won’t be returning.
