I had a really great experience with Shellee. The customer service was excellent from start to finish — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Communication was clear and easy, and every question was answered quickly with a positive attitude. What stood out the most was the approach: very understanding, patient, and focused on making sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to come across someone who combines good communication with such strong customer care skills. Highly recommended — reliable, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with.

We discovered Expressway completely by chance after landing at ExCeL and checking into a new hotel nearby. We walked in with no booking and very low expectations that a team of our size could find space at the last minute for a full week. Gerald, who manages the reception and looks after the whole place, somehow made it happen. He miraculously found us a meeting room for the entire week, fully accommodated it to our needs, and made sure we were set up to work from day one. Throughout our stay, he checked in constantly and proactively, making sure every requirement was met. We asked for everything from an HDMI cable to an additional access point and other small but critical bits of infrastructure support, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Gerald and the team solved every request quickly, with a level of care and professionalism you rarely see. It genuinely felt like having an extension of our own startup team on the ground. The space itself is modern, well equipped and perfectly suited for focused team working, especially if you are in London for events around ExCeL or the Royal Docks area. But for us, the real differentiator was the hospitality and consistency of support. Thanks to Gerald and the Expressway team, what could have been a stressful, ad‑hoc week turned into a seamless and highly productive working environment. We now see Expressway as our goto coworking base in London and fully intend to come back and continue our startup mission from here. That place and that man, Gerald! absolutely rocks.

only 1 toilet and theres a lock at the entrance to the toilet area. you need to ask the receptionist for the code and he is quite condescending and rude. other than that a clean building.
