Waited here 20 minutes at the front desk and no one came the whole time or responded to calls. Huge waste of time.

Incredible workspace with the friendliest people. Such a personable atmosphere and great events (that are open to the public!). You can also reserve day passes and conference rooms without being a member. Don’t sleep on this place!

This is hands down one of the best co-working spaces I have ever worked from or visited; they truly thought of EVERYTHING! As an EA, I'm constantly anticipating needs to keep things running smoothly, and Trick Hat exceeded every expectation. Here's what truly made Trick Hat stand out: White Boards + Markers: Simple, but essential! Other places provide the board but no markers. Built-in Power Strips: This might sound mundane, but it's crucial. I've been in conference rooms elsewhere where outlets are nowhere near the table, forcing a scramble for a single, often insufficient power strip from the front desk. At Trick Hat, they were conveniently built right under the table – WOW! No fear of laptops or phones dying. Seamless Access: Once inside, you don't need an access card for conference rooms or restrooms. Again, this might seem minor, but at other places, you get one card for the whole team. That means waiting around when someone needs to step out for a call or use the restroom – a real productivity killer! Thoughtful Amenities: After a two-mile walk in the heat, walking into a restroom with deodorant was a massive plus! They also provide complimentary water, tea, coffee, creamer, and even flavor syrups (which other places often charge for). Plus, they had soda and soft drinks, and even catered in tacos and donuts during our visit. I simply cannot express how amazing this place is. Elsie deserves a special shout-out; she was extremely professional and kind! Trick Hat truly set the bar high for co-working experiences."

Love this place. My company offers us access to various coworking spaces throughout Austin and I come here almost exclusively. The office is nice and boasts a friendly environment while still being quiet enough to focus, the staff are very kind and accommodating, and you can't beat the location.
