Its a nice space, you get free coffee, there is a nice patio. However, there are a few major let downs. 1. It is freezing, like seriously cold. They have the A/C on to an absolute excess. I feel like I am in Antarctica despite it being July. I need to sit outside every 30 minutes to warm back up. I think I am going to start bringing a jersey in... 2. They advertise having a gym, that supposedly does not have much traffic in it when I asked. But then have a 3 month waitlist to actually be able to go to it because they only have like 90 spots or something? If there isn't much traffic than surely you can increase the number of spots. - Feels like false advertising. Other than those two elements its ok. They have both just been a bit of a disappointment for me.
I have been a tenant in this shared workspace for some time and am increasingly frustrated with the persistent HVAC issues on the 15th and 16th floors. Our corner office unit, for which we pay a premium, remains uncomfortably hot despite repeated requests for assistance. The thermostat is located inside our office, yet we have no ability to adjust the temperature ourselves. This is an unacceptable limitation in a high end workspace. In Central Texas, entering the office at 7:30 AM should provide immediate relief from the heat. Instead, the interior is often warmer than outside. This creates a muggy environment that leads to noticeable odors and poor air quality. It has made it difficult to maintain a productive and comfortable work environment. We have contacted the front desk on multiple occasions. Each time we are assured that someone will be sent to address the problem, yet no meaningful action has ever been taken. The lack of responsiveness is deeply disappointing and unacceptable for the rates we pay. I will be escalating this matter directly to corporate leadership and seriously exploring alternative shared workspace options. Reliable climate control is a basic expectation, not a luxury. This experience has fallen well short of professional standards.
WeWork in Austin is hands down one of the best coworking spaces I have ever worked from. The office is modern and beautifully designed with everything you need to stay productive throughout the day. The community here is vibrant and it is easy to connect with other professionals and entrepreneurs. The staff is always friendly and makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Whether you need a quiet spot to focus or a meeting room for your team this place has it all.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
