District 63 Toastmasters

We recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at The Engine fueled by Ankura, and I cannot recommend this venue highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless thanks to the incredible partnership with Stephanie Threlkeld. Stephanie is truly a master of event planning! Her attention to detail, proactive communication, and ability to anticipate needs made everything effortless. The facility itself is outstanding: modern, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped for hybrid meetings. It creates an inclusive environment where both in-person and virtual attendees feel fully engaged. Beyond aesthetics and technology, the venue is also economical, making it an excellent choice for organizations looking for quality without breaking the budget. If you’re planning your next meeting or event, do yourself a favor and schedule it at The Engine fueled by Ankura. You’ll be glad you did!

Excellent place to host your company's "think tank" sessions. We've used this venue for everything from strategy sessions, week-long integration mapping, new hire training, leadership retreats, and everything else in between. The facility is absolutely turnkey and beautifully designed. You will have all you need to host a productive meeting! The walls are painted in marker board paint, which is super convenient when you need to whiteboard ideas and processes. Unlike hotels, which charge you for AV, The Engine provides wifi, projectors, and screens in every room free of charge! With all that The Engine has to offer, their staff has the be the best part! Stephanie Threlkeld is a master of her craft and leaves you feeling empowered to focus on your agenda while she facilitates the logistics for you in the background. She is impeccable at timing things perfectly and has wonderful suggestions for setup, catering, and more. We've also enjoyed several of Ankura's facilitators. Wendy Timmons provides exceptional support to large groups working through complex roadmaps and strategies. She and her team have years of industry experience that will leave you with peace of mind so you can focus on the task at hand. Thank you, The Engine, for always being a trusted partner in Nashville.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 2963 Sidco Drive has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Engine Ankura.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Engine Ankura, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
