Broadstone Berry Hill is a great community! Really great location and Ashton in their office is amazing! Such a caring person who really values the residents and their community!
VERY rude and clueless leasing office.
I lived here at this property for twelve months. I enjoyed my stay for the most part. I did see two management changes during the duration of my lease. There seemed to be frequent changes with maintenance workers, and delays on maintenance requests at times. There were also a few issues with neighbors which staff did correct. I lived on the top floor so I had no noise issues that were major. The neighbor below me claimed I disturbed their dog which I thought was hilarious. I have read comments with people saying the walls are thin, but in apartment communities what do you expect. These places are not made with cement. Broad stone is close to Geodis park so on game days expect traffic and expect to be delayed with getting home. Also the parking garage is a nightmare. People drive through the lot very fast and I am certain some accidents have resulted. The property has a 5 miles speeding sign up but people don't pay attention to it. The major pros at the time of my lease signing were the good incentives, and the preferred employer discount.
