Broadstone Berry Hill is truly a great place to live. Ashton in the leasing office truly cares about all of their tenants and makes it such a great home. She throws amazing resident events and makes everyone feel welcome.

Imagine writing a review for the atmosphere of a restaurant but not eating the food. EDIT 2 - It’s currently 4:55 AM and the fire alarm went off for the second time in 2 days. I wonder if they’re going to blame a resident again. Unfortunately, I’m too tired to think about it. EDIT 3 - 3rd time the fire alarm has gone off with in 2 weeks. No email apologizing for the previous 'false alarm' in my review. Typing this as the fire alarm goes off once again. Is it a false alarm, or is there a real danger to our lives? Stay tuned. I have tried so hard to enjoy this complex but the issues far outweigh the positives. For how much money we spend you would imagine these to be fixed instantly. This is the constant state of our levels trash room. There is zero other options for us to take our trash out besides using the unavoidable trash valet charge. If you don't have a typical 9-5 work life, you will be charged $25 for every time you don't take your empty trash can in from next to your door. God forbid. I wouldn't mind walking my trash to the chute, but after almost a year living here I have not once had the opportunity to take my trash to the chute. I thought I was being nice not dumping my trash on the floor like other residents. The blaring fire alarms seem to be a monthly occurrence now - they have always been a false alarm that the complex refuses to attend. This happens so many times now (sometimes in the middle of the night) that residents have stopped vacating the complex. What happens when there's a real fire? Throughout the weekly community events and sponsored parties, you would think there's enough budget to have a more consistent trash service and pay an alarm technician to come out. I am also aware of the singular maintenance worker who has had no help for months on end. They are the nicest and most hard working person I have seen, and wish I could give her a 5 star review separately. Don't worry, I won't forget to mention the trains that constantly pass by that interrupt any sleep or thought. Add the events at Geodis and (if you didn't know) the race track nearby, it's impossible to remember having a thought uninterrupted. This isn't the buildings fault, but this is something you must 110% consider when moving here. The gym (or lack thereof) is not anything to write home about. It has a constant foul odor and the wipes to clean equipment is rarely changed so you have to assume you're using dirty equipment. I have had positive experiences talking to some employees here but it seems like the management company only cares about the rent and not the community. After being here for almost a year, it's a no-brainer to find a complex that is more affordable. It is one thing to be understanding at a few inconveniences here and there, but for the amount of money we are paying, the lack of care to the community and wellbeing of it's residents is a slap in the face (and wallet).

I originally stopped by Broadstone Berry Hill to inquire about leasing an office space, but I was so impressed with the office's layout, design and cleanliness that I decided to ask for a tour of the community as well. From the moment I walked in, everything welcoming and well maintained. The tour exceeded my expectations. The amenities are beautiful, thoughtfully designed and offer so much more than I expected. It is clear that the team takes great pride in the community, and it definitely shows. My visit left a lasting impression, and Broadstone Berry Hill is now at the top of my list. I highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a community that is both attractive and professionally managed!

I had a great experience speaking with Linda at Broadstone Berry Hill. I called with several questions about the community, and she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to provide accurate information instead of rushing me off the phone or transferring me to someone else. It’s refreshing to receive that level of customer service.
