I’m going on my 3rd year living here, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. The leasing office team is absolutely amazing!! They are always so helpful, professional, and kind. No matter the question or concern, they answer every call quickly and always make sure issues are handled immediately. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Blake in maintenance. He is AWESOME. Every maintenance request is handled quickly and efficiently, and he’s genuinely the sweetest man ever! And another huge thank you to Ashton, JC, and Haley for always taking the time to sit with me, listen, explain everything clearly, and love me so well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment community where the staff truly cares about their residents!

Prospective residents read carefully I moved here in Dec and loved it. Audrey, Ashton, and the entire maintenance team are exceptional — professional, responsive, and the backbone of this community. SAFETY FAILURES — UNADDRESSED Residents have been physically attacked with broken bones in the parking garage. Vehicles stolen. Building doors propped open with rocks nightly. Guests trapped in stairwells. The $175/month garage gate routinely forced open. Packages stolen constantly. Fire alarms at 1 AM — and a Fire Captain publicly stated management repeatedly failed to provide the fire department a requested disable code. The entire left side of the building and sidewalks are always covered in dog feces and garbage due to hold everyone to standards REVIEW MANIPULATION — DELIBERATE Five-star "tour reviews" appear in clusters of 5-10, timed to bury real complaints. Management uses tour reservation lists to fabricate reviews. One reviewer posted nearly identical praise here and at the complex where he has actually living at the time Real residents are offered free incentives to remove negative reviews — violating Google policy and FTC guidelines. CONDUCT TOWARD RESIDENTS — INDEFENSIBLE A manager publicly mocked a resident's medical condition, threatened eviction over it, two days after filing a complaint ,a lawyer's eviction notice arrived. The payment portal was blocked.Ban letter issued. Then a letter arrived demanding that same resident come in or call to pay. Every communication method obstructed, then threatened for using them. The manager JC—was recorded coaching residents on what to say in an active legal case, offering free parking and lounge access for participation. Three hours recorded without his knowledge. Now in Nashville courts: witness tampering and bribery. FINANCIAL MISCONDUCT — STRAIGHTFORWARD $100/month charged for valet trash for five months. No bin or service ever rendered. No refund. No response. $500 for nothing. WHAT THIS TELLS YOU JC & Haley respond to safety complaints with retaliation, honest reviews with fabricated ones, and payment attempts with obstruction. Accountability is not a standard they meet Audrey, Ashton, and maintenance show up every day with professionalism and dignity. They are the reason this property has any goodwill left. The people above them are the reason it is being lost. I know what professional conduct looks like & what its absence looks like: People deserve true information — not a five-star illusion built on a tour list.

This place is BEAUTIFUL!! My husband and I toured it this past weekend. It’s in an amazing spot, close to everything, and the soccer arena, which my husband loves! Haley gave an awesome tour, if you come, definitely ask for her! We’re seriously considering this place because of her and how awesome she was on her tour!

Made a few stops this week looking for a new place and I do really like Broadstone. I love the area as it’s close to the interstate and Wedgewood Houston which is booming. But I won’t have to worry about traffic as much (good tip from Haley). The units are clean and homey which is nice because some of the more expensive units feel like a cold box. Haley was awesome. You can tell she’ll have your back even after you sign the lease, which is kinda rare these days. Will def be considering.
Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Second Story.
Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.
Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.
While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Second Story may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
