Love Bets! She is a Great manager of our building . If there is any problem she is on top of it . She holds open house events where all can network . Good community vibe !

Betsy is the best building manager! She is always easy to talk with and able to make the spaces work for all the amazing different renters in the building. Had 2 spaces here and would have another if I didn’t need to move locations. What a lovely location to work out of!

I've been renting at this location for over 10 years. Been through a few different managers and I just can't say enough good things about Betsy, aka: Bets! I appreciate her flexibility, professionalism, her thoughfulness and how approachable she is. I'm grateful for how intune she is with the tenants. We are treated like family and she looks out for us! Any time I have a question Bets is always so kind and helpful and I really appreciate that. It's important to me as a tennent to know that my needs and concerns are important and Bets does just that. She cares about us and she cares about the property. We were considering moving our shop not too long ago while under different management but because of Bets, we are staying and we even moved into a bigger space. I'm grateful for her! I love that she is the kind of manager you look forward to seeing and not avoiding! Makes a huge difference as a renter!

Bets is awesome to work with! She is professional, responsive, fast and so nice! She made a stressful situation so much better! I really recommend renting a space at this cool building from her. (I rented here for the first time in 1999!)

Bets is an absolute gem of a person as well as a property management. She was always so helpful and sincerely kind to me and never gave me a hassle even when I deserved one for being late on rent.
