They will act all friendly and easy to work with, but never forget that they are landlords who will take advantage of you. If you rent a space, take meticulous photos of everything and absolutely do not accept it unless it is completely pristine. You can give them back the space in the exact condition you received it and they will still find some excuse to ding your security deposit to subsidize their maintenance. Absolutely despicable behavior, and shame on me for letting their friendly behavior on move in convince me to drop my guard. I did not rent here at Raleigh, but rather at Lovejoy. However, the former manager at Lovejoy, from whom I did lease, is now managing this location, so buyer beware.

Love the space I rent. It is a clean environment to do my work, big shout out to the workers cleaning and maintaining the building. Some tenants come and go, but the space remains an eclectic and active work space.
