Purchased a day pass to check it out. Unfortunately, I found the limited spaces to work and take calls to be very frustrating.
There is only one “Quiet Zone” per floor (2 floors), where you can’t take calls, and most of the tables did not even have access to outlets. The space can accommodate maybe 15 people, otherwise you are left to wander looking for a random couch or chair. If you do need to take a work call, you are limited to perhaps 3-6 Phone Booths per floor, which are available on a first-come-first-serve, and all of them were taken during the entirety of my time here (about 6 hours). I assume people are sitting there taking multiple calls, so if you need to take a work call, you are out of luck.
I circled every area of both floors and was not able to find a single spot to sit that was not a Quiet Zone AND had access to an outlet, so I resolved to sit near the kitchen until my laptop died. I typically go to a WeWork in Midtown, which has ample space for quiet work, calls, conference rooms, etc., and even on a busy day, I’ve been at least able to find a table to work at.
I would not recommend this location unless you pay extra to reserve a room OR you do not have any work calls, but even then, you might not find a sufficient place to work.
