The program good in concept, but execution falls short. The daily environment feels very chaotic and unorganized. Additionally, there is a noticeably high turnover rate among staff and educators, which makes it hard for them to maintain consistency and provide a stable experience.

This place is amazing! Workplayce is filling a major need in the market for parents who need more flexibility in their childcare. At Workplayce, parents can be nearby their child, check in on them at any time, but also have access to a traditional coworking space for heads down focused time. At Workplayce, all of the adults in the shared work area are also parents and going through the same life stages as you. It’s so great to have day-to-day access to a network of like-minded working parents.

This place saved us in a pinch when we didn't have spring break plans for our toddler. It ended up being a really unique community - it's such a good concept to combine a coworking space with a daycare center, and everybody there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus, the staff are amazing, all really kind, and all great with children. Would definitely recommend this place to all parents of young children.

This place is amazing. I really wish we could have services like this in every city as it would actually make feasible being a working mim. The space is amazing, people are welcoming, teachers are supportive, flexible and so calm… I was impressed with how well they handle kids with different routines, different ages, needs. Workplayce is exactly what NYC needs to breathe life back into its commercial market: multifunctional spaces that offer real value and solutions centered on people’s daily challenges. I can’t overstate the impact Workplayce has had on my life. As a new father, my demanding, onsite General Manager career meant that childcare costs began to outweigh the benefits of full-time work. Choosing to step back and embrace a more hands-on role at home was rewarding, but after decades of a 9 to 5 routine, I found myself missing a connection with other adults. With our child enrolled as the youngest in his pre-K class, I needed a nearby space where I could work my freelance job and take Zoom interviews, especially since potty training was still a work in progress. Then, Workplayce entered the picture, and truly, it has been an answer to my prayers. Living in NYC as a parent can be extremely challenging, logistically and socially. Workplayce provides convenience, community, and it’s a top notch, affordable space. Honestly feels like being part of some Swedish subsidized program and I couldn’t be more grateful.
