Pros: Really appreciated an early check in when I arrived. Room was clean and well stocked. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Walkable distance to great shops and dining options. Cons: The lobby turns basically into a nightclub after 5:00. I could hear in my room intermittent loud music and thumping bass that was so intense it felt like I was in the middle of the dance floor. Staff told me it was from a private event at one of the lounges, and should subside by *ONE A.M.*. Y’all, it was a Thursday night, and I was traveling for work. No room service available.

Do not stay here. Music from rooftop bar RATTLEE throughout the room until 4a. Did not advertise that the room would be loud like other places. When I say loud - I mean consistent loud club music you cannot sleep.

Beautiful space and amazing location. Love the service in the hotel as well. Everyone is nice, a the amenities are great.

Amazing hotel with even better hospitality - Alex, who runs the door and greets people as they come in, brings energy, enthusiasm, and warmth to the job and truly makes every guest feel like a VIP and like the Moxy is a home away from home. I hesitate to share such a strong recommendation because I don’t want the secret to get out of how awesome of a place this is. Couldn’t recommend it more - hats off to Alex and team.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Moxy.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
