This space is great! I love the design and vibe. The rooftop has amazing views and is the perfect space for me to get some work done or take a break. The manager, Wendy, is always so helpful!

Had a really good experience here, Wendy was very welcoming and gave me a quick tour of the building to let me know what was within boundaries for me to access as a day pass. Wi-Fi was working well and overall most people were respectful of the space. Shout out to the guy who was walking up and down the flight of stairs as he took his 30 minute touch base meeting with his team.

Really bad experience. We booked an office that turned out not to actually exist, and the response afterward was poor. Extremely frustrating and not a place I would trust for an important booking.

Maybe the worst co-working place I've ever dealt with 1. They failed to issue the "refundable" deposit after I ended my membership. Contract stated that it should have been returned within 60 days. I had a hot desk membership, not an office, so no real damages or repairs to check. It took me about 15 emails requesting why this was not sent yet and sending multiple forms. Very little communication from them. If I had not reach out, they would have just kept the money. Very shady. 2. Very little non-office work space. There was one table and one couch, and only a couple of phone booths. They would fill up quickly. 3. The staff was never around. Where were they, I have no idea, but I would consistently have to help the UPS guy deliver his packages. 4. Generally the space was dirty, kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. The kitchen was a mishmash of bad coffee that would run out, some mis tea, a packed fridge, and dirty mugs. It felt more like an apartment than a business. 5. Construction would randomly start without notice, no posters, or other open spaces to work. Just suddenly, we're replacing the tiles, it'll be really noisy, sorry about that, why don't you go work somewhere else for the week! In the end, I should have just signed up for a WeWork...sigh

The place is ok. But staff is never around to answer the phone or unlock the door if you're new.
