Nestled within the historic 148 Lafayette Street building, WeWork creates a calm, focused workspace that feels thoughtfully tailored to your day. Spanning two floors of a 12-story pre-war property dating back to 1913, the space showcases whitewashed brick, warm wood details, and oversized windows that wash work areas in natural light. Members can recharge in the pantry, pause in the wellness room, or find quiet in the new parent’s room and onsite showers—useful amenities for teams, independents, and growing businesses alike.

best wework ever
Staff is great!! Love coming in here to work during the week!
Lovely and clean place with a quiet environment. A great space for working. You can also get a meeting room and work with colleagues.
I usually enjoy working here.... BUT Renovation work is currently taking place at this WeWork location. The noise level is extremely high due to drilling and hammering, making it impossible to work with concentration.
staff is so pleasant! love working here
Frequently Asked Questions

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with WeWork Companies LLC ILS.

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.
Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with WeWork Companies LLC ILS, who is more than happy to help out.

While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.
