I'm a co-founder of a small child-welfare organization on the LES & was looking for safe (in the midst of a pandemic!), clean and affordable office/meeting space. A community leader (and real estate professional) invited me to explore the layout. After one visit, I knew it'd be the perfect place. The Property Manager was easy/great to work with, allowed a move in mid-month and even supplied us with chairs & lamps for our workspace. Though many high-tech, political and business professionals work here, we all get along well and respect each other's privacy and space. After a year, I've no plans to move on...even if I could afford to!

I've had a space here for 6 years and I love everything about it. Management is incredible and the community vibe makes you look forward to arriving each day. It's laid back and welcoming while being very private as well.
