Solid stay. Rooms are a little interesting layout with a very small sink outside the bathroom but easily manageable. Great location. Customer service was meh I tried calling 5+ times to get in contact with accounting and even emailed them asking me to call back and they never did.

We chose this place because of the area, and we were so impressed with the cleanliness and service from the staff! Katalina at the bar and Nicole at the front desk were so kind and welcoming! We definitely want to stay here again next time we visit the area!

Stayed 2 nights - rooms are very small. I left my air pods behind and noticed it right when I got on the Amtrak (called hotel at 5:20 pm, we had late checkout at 4 pm). Literally just over an hour before I realized they were still in the room from when we left. No one was helpful on the phone , and the front desk kept saying they would contact a manager. We have now tried to get in touch with someone multiples times and they say “well someone else is already in the room now”. Well, if they would have checked before the next guest checked in that would have been smart, I’m pretty sure it’s behind the bed- it’s still showing the same location and I slept with the AirPods in my ears. This also goes to show how well they clean rooms between turnover . Absolutely ridiculous. Other issues. Elevators super slow (stairs can be used to go downstairs but no easy way to go upstairs using the stairs ); check in line was out the door (took over 25 minutes in line to just check in!). Only good thing is the bartenders at alphabet bar.

The crew here goes above and beyond in so many ways. While the rooms are compact, i had everything I needed within a phone call. Ironing board and iron, hot water kettle, and even a physical library to borrow a book or two from during my stay. There's excellent Stumptown coffee for free in the morning and the location is no more than 5 mins from the subway. Thank you again to Diara, Brit and Cris!

My experience was absolutely incredible. The hotel is Gorg and everyone who works there is so kind and happy and chatty!! They have free coffee in the mornings. Nicole and Carmen and Nikki were absolutely fabulous! They let me store my bag for the whole day and were so quick to give us waters.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Moxy.
