I attended Work Writes which meets monthly. It was welcoming, informative and fun! The location was easy to get to and super comfortable. Snacks included. Thanks for a great experience!

Not a fan to say the least. Came to work here for a few months and utilized the shared space. A few things, I’m not sure if it’s this location but there can be times you come here and it’s way too many people working to the point you can’t find a seat. There is only 1 bathroom which fellow members for whatever reason can’t maintain. Upstairs is supposed to be a quiet workspace but for whatever reason people just want to talk and not respect the rules. To make it worse, people sometimes come in, leave their belongings and disappear for 3-4hrs so you don’t even have a seat. I appreciate that coffee is provided, printing and outdoor seating in the back but for the price I would say it’s not worth it unless you have a dedicated desk or go to a different location. Management is responsive and willing to help if notified but honestly I just annoyed and canceled my membership. I would say it would be much better if they made this location given its size exclusive to those who signed up here to limit the # of people coming.

I was a work heights member for 6 months -- split between the prospect, electric, and boreum hill locations. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. The locations, especially Prospect, can get crowded and members don't always respect the zoom room reservations and shared space rules. I was also told on my tour that there would be social events and ways to connect with the broader work heights community. However, there were not many. I also asked to be a part of the compost team and was denied and told that the teams across locations were already full. One thing that I did enjoy about the space is the backyard, which is lovely for working during the summer. If you're looking for a place to work outside of home, I'd recommend supporting your local library or other small businesses/cafes that feel more integrated into your community!

I have had a Summit membership for over a year at the Prospect location and it has been such a great experience. Sam has a very smart creative formula. The environment is light and bright, summit desks can be sitting/standing, and the quiet atmosphere is conducive to productivity. Easy to book phone booths for privacy. Backyard is truly lovely during summer. It's calm, chill, convenient, and high value for the price. I have worked at numerous co-working places. This one nails the essentials.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Work Heights has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Work Heights, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
