Extremely disappointing experience and poor business practices. From the very beginning, we clearly stated in our initial meeting that we only needed this meeting space for one month and would not require the extra credits or extended membership they were trying to sell us. We were told this would be noted and that they would help us through the process accordingly. We are a new business in the area, so this experience was especially disappointing. No agreement, terms, or conditions were ever sent or reviewed, yet we were placed into an ongoing membership anyway. Despite repeatedly explaining that we have not used the space at all beyond that initial period, we continued to be charged for months. We requested something very reasonable—even just a two-month refund for a service we did not use (out of all the months that were processed)—and were met with complete unwillingness to be understanding or helpful. There appears to be no internal tracking or accountability system in place to flag customers who are being charged incorrectly or who have communicated limited usage upfront. Taking money from a business for a service that was clearly stated as unnecessary beyond one month, without proper documentation or consent, is unacceptable. This experience has shown a lack of transparency, flexibility, and customer care. I would strongly caution other businesses to get everything in writing upfront and closely monitor their billing if considering this company, as they do not assist you in this process.

I've been working out of Work Heights for the past few months and really enjoyed it! I work from home full time, and while I have a home office, Work Heights has provided a great place to work when I need a change of scenery and a way for me to co-work with some friends in the neighborhood.

I've been using Workheights for about 3 years now. It been a great space to get work done and other task. The community and the team at Work Heights has been truly amazing! For the area and what your getting the price is reasonable.

Awesome place to work! Such a great space for those who work from home but want to have an office to go into every day. The team behind Work Heights is also wonderful.
