Working from this location in New York City has been a game changer for me. Since I became a member, Sarah and Valerie have consistently exceeded my expectations. Their exceptional customer service and understanding of business dynamics make a huge difference. I truly believe Burrow BK has immense potential for growth. I’m incredibly grateful to Sarah and Valerie for always being so accommodating and attentive to my needs. Thank you both for creating such a supportive environment!

One of the most spacious shares you'll find in this region of Brooklyn with a fair desk price, friendly members and very low noise levels.

The Burrow is great! I was in Brooklyn for a family emergency and needed a place where I could see clients virtually for therapy. Sarah and the staff at The Burrow were so helpful in getting me set up with a great office where I could continue my work. The coworking space is professional and welcoming, the private office was everything I needed at a very reasonable rate, and the wifi is fast and reliable. Highly recommended space for any type of work.

Love this place! I have been a tenant since late 2020 and have been here nearly every day. I’m friends with a few of the other tenants as well. The new management for The Burrow is doing a fantastic job of updating things and bringing in new folks. I’ve also brought in a couple friends who have rented spaces as well and they love it. Highly recommended for short or long term!

My experience was great! Good folks, nice space, solid rate and easy access. It was exactly what I needed!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • With a monthly membership, 159 20th Street offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, The Burrow may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with The Burrow.
