I rented a small studio space at Gowanus Creative Studios in 2026 and could not recommend it more. Leo is great to work with and really helps you find the right space for your needs. The building has a lot of different studio options, and the facilities are well maintained and cleaned daily. I looked at a few different spaces during my search, and GCS was clearly the best option. I'm very glad I found GCS. It's been a great studio and building, and Leo has created a great space for creatives in the Gowanus / Brooklyn area.

I leased a studio office here for a couple of years. For my money, it's a way better deal than a coworking space—more elbow room, more control—conveniently located, with a management team that cares about building community and that has its act together operationally. Recommended.

I was a renter here for four years. Leo is the best landlord one could have. They gave us an affordable place to build our e-comm start-up. They made our life so easy, so we could focus on building. I'm truly grateful and highly recommend the building.
